My friend Faelan Shiva and I join forces for a day of expressive movement and song to shake loose pent-up pandemic stagnation! Shake things up with dynamic movement led by Faelan, release your sorrows and reclaim your joy with voice-driven expression guided by Sharon. We will use the Tarot to guide our journey. There will be time for discussion, that you may be witnessed in speaking your truth. Online and in-person options are available. Lunch will be served for in person participants. (Boulder Creek, Ca area).

A 12-month Shadow Work intensive through the Iron and Pearl Pentacles, the Tarot, and the Creative Process.
Can we truly live a life of meaning and purpose if we never take time to explore the deeper under-currents of what drives us? Self-awareness is essential to living a fulfilled life, yet it is so easy to fall into patterns of mere existence, floating along on the surface of who we are without ever really questioning our deeper motivations. The leads to a life dictated for us by others; we become who our parents, teachers, or religious leaders want us to be. Or we act out an unresolved wound from the past over and over again. We are all subject to the conditioning of our society, and if left unquestioned, this conditioning can leave us with a mechanized, lackluster life.
Shadow Work - focused inquiry into our subconscious minds - helps us to peel back the layers of our conditioning; to bring to light some of our unconscious patterns, evaluate whether they still serve us, and transform them into something useful.
The Pentacles of the Anderson Feri Tradition are excellent tools for Shadow Work, and have been a core practice in modern magic for decades. They help us to orient ourselves to our world in a meaningful way. Analyzing our lives through the lens of the Feri Pentacles helps us to strengthen our relationship with the world, deepening our intuition, and increasing our effectiveness by resolving internal conflicts we may not have been aware of.
If you have yearned for an increased sense of purpose and impact in the world, and would like the world to be a better place for your having been here, a round of Shadow work may be just what you need.
In this year-long intensive, we will map the Tarot to the pentacles, and incorporate writing, art, and ritual as a process of deep inquiry. This process will help you understand the Shadow aspects of your nature; what makes you tick, what holds you back, and what you can do to shift your energetic tendencies so you can move through the world with more purpose, power, and impact.
Please note: we will not be bypassing the real challenges of the world. Denial does not a powerful person make. Rather, we will dig into them head on, and explore ways to rewrite the story.
Through this class, you will deepen your intuition, strengthen your resilience, and build a framework to help you make decisions in alignment with who you want to be. You will also develop a solid relationship with the Tarot, enough so that you can read professionally if you so desire. And you’ll make some powerful art that signifies meaningful breakthroughs in your life!
~Class meets twice a month via Zoom, with additional support via an online Mighty Networks group (Facebook is too distracting for this type of work).
~Class begins October 31st and runs every other Saturday 11am-1pm PST.
~Cost: $575-$720 sliding scale.
(Yes this is a big commitment. I want to work with folks who are all in.
Also it really isn’t that much. It works out to $24.00-$30.00 per class).

1) You commit to giving feedback in a constructive, kind, and compassionate way, so that we all do our part to create an environment of lifting one another up through vulnerable work.
2) You understand that "All Lives Matter" is not an appropriate response to"Black Lives matter" and why. (We will be exploring the shadows of the world as well as personal shadows, and issues of racism will certainly come up).
3) You accept that Trans people are who they say they are.
These three agreements are required in order to create a safe space for anyone who may want to join us in this work. If these statements do not make you say "Hell Yeah!" this isn't the right class for you

Welcome to the craft of sonic spell weaving. Join us as we tap into ancient wisdom and in-the- moment play. We will deepen our listening, our rhythmic nature, and recover the power of our voices. This is an ecstatic path. We will practice weaving sonic spells for transformation, to feed our souls, and mend the fabric of our inter-related lives. Bring a drum if you have one, and a notebook.
Class runs for 6 Tuesdays starting April 2nd at The Raven's Wing in Oakland, CA.
